I have found that raw unrefined shea butter melds well with essential oils or crystals. They kick up the energy for each other. I do a reki meditation at bed time. I use essential oils in the palm of my hands as I do the hand placements. I place a crystal on my throat chakra. I received the shea butter a few months ago--had cleaned and used it on my face. As soon as I placed my hands on my face I was aware that the energy was SO powerful--could also feel the increase through the crystal(was a raw citrine) I have no words to describe the bliss and comfort I felt. I can only feel that they are all beings from the source of Mother Earth that interact together. Zakai is listening to their message he is five. Onyx makes my Granddaughter's neck tingle when she holds it.
