Crystal Point for jewelry

My daughter is going to wrap a crystal point to make a bracelet for a friend. My question is should the point face to the hand or face going up the arm? Thank you for your help. terry

My thoughts exactly...

If it is a releasing crystal (meaning it is meant to help release something- be it negative feelings, hurt, trauma, toxins etc) then the crystal should face outward. If it is to be used as a bringer of positive energy, then the point should face up toward her arm. :)
